Our Story
Schütze Firearm Care products were conceptualised around a local campfire by a group of hunters, sport shooters and self-defence firearm owners who were talking about cleaning and maintaining their firearms.
Their concerns were the high prices of products, their efficiency, promises of products that did not deliver, and unavailability of products due to irregular imports. They concluded that the shooting community needed a full range of firearm care products that should not only be good – they should be the best – and they should always be available everywhere in southern Africa.
German Developed
To develop these ideas into reality we turned to German developers for their renowned excellence, superior knowledge and quality. Specialists in their respective fields developed and formulated the products, and rigorous testing was done before releasing these onto the market. Only laboratory grade oils, solvents and chemicals have been used in the products containing no harsh, corrosive or damaging formulas. None of our products contain ammonia.
Schütze Name
The name Schütze when translated into Afrikaans means “Skut” and in English means “Rifleman” or “Shooter”.
Our Products
The first four Schütze products are now available to the Southern African market. Other products have also been developed and will be phased into the range in the coming months.
